To access Paid Services, you must create a Registered Member account. Registration requires providing accurate personal information. Each account is linked to a unique phone number or other login methods.
We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to Services for Registered Members who provide inaccurate information or engage in defamatory behavior toward My Astro Sathi or its affiliates.
Registered Members are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts, including login information and linked payment accounts. Any unauthorized use should be reported promptly. Users agree not to misuse or modify the Website's technology or disrupt the Services.
By using our Website, you agree not to engage in any activities that disrupt or compromise the integrity of our Services.

As part of My Astro Sathi's Services, users may engage in consultations with various astrological experts ("Astrologers") who have registered with My Astro Sathi to provide consultations via electronic mediums such as phone calls, video calls, and texts. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to allow us to arrange consultation calls with such Astrologers if you opt for a Service that includes telephonic consultation.
Astrologers enlisted with us are prohibited from sharing personal details like contact numbers, emails, or social media handles with users. They are also prohibited from engaging in or recommending activities such as black magic or vashikaran, or suggesting any rituals involving these practices.
Users are required to promptly report any violations or attempted violations of these Terms by an Astrologer to My Astro Sathi. Failure to do so may result in temporary suspension of the user's account or restrictions on their access to the Website.
My Astro Sathi's privacy policy outlines how we collect, store, use, and process data and information from Registered Members through various channels. By accessing our Website, you acknowledge and agree that all information collected from you, including registration and payment details, is subject to My Astro Sathi's Privacy Policy, available at www.MyAstroSathi.com.
In the event of a breach of any part of these Terms by a user or Registered Member, My Astro Sathi reserves the right to immediately block the Registered Member's account or restrict the user's access to the Website. This action may be taken if:
- We are unable to verify the accuracy of information provided by a Registered Member or user, or if such information is found to be false or misleading.
- The actions of a Registered Member or user could potentially expose the Website or any affiliated third party to legal liability.
- The actions of a Registered Member or user interfere with our Services or violate our privacy policy.
Registered Members may deactivate their accounts at any time by contacting us via email. Upon termination, My Astro Sathi may retain user information for a specified period for record-keeping purposes, after which it will be deleted.
By using the Website, you agree to use it solely for lawful purposes and not for any prohibited activities outlined in these Terms. You are responsible for all your activities on the Website. Additionally, you agree not to:

The consultation provided by each Astrologer enrolled with the Website may vary due to individual knowledge, skills, experience, and methodologies.
The Website hosts several Astrologers who may provide astrological recommendations to Registered Members or Users. While these recommendations are made in good faith, any discrepancies found by users do not hold My Astro Sathi or its affiliates legally liable.
My Astro Sathi bears no responsibility for any damage or loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account, with or without your knowledge. Although efforts have been made to provide accurate information about our Services, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of such information.
Please note that My Astro Sathi is not a suicide prevention helpline. If you are experiencing suicidal thoughts, we urge you to seek immediate assistance from relevant authorities or medical professionals.
Users and Registered Members are advised against entering into independent contracts with Astrologers listed on the Website. My Astro Sathi will not be held responsible for any consequences or liabilities arising from such contracts.
You understand that any material downloaded from the Website is at your own risk, and you bear sole responsibility for any resulting loss or damage to your computer system or smartphone. Additionally, My Astro Sathi shall not be liable for any denied coupons due to grammatical or typographical errors.
The Astrologers and service providers listed on our platform are not employees of My Astro Sathi. While we make efforts to verify their qualifications and credentials, our review is limited to the information provided by them, and we do not guarantee its accuracy. My Astro Sathi acts solely as a platform to connect Astrologers and service providers with users, and their enrollment does not constitute an endorsement.
My Astro Sathi is not a medical institution and does not guarantee the accuracy of medical advice provided by Astrologers or service providers. Users are advised to seek independent medical advice from licensed professionals if needed. My Astro Sathi will not be liable for any monetary loss or physical issues resulting from reliance on medical advice provided by Astrologers.
Regardless of any provisions to the contrary, My Astro Sathi’s liability for any action or consequence will be limited to the amount paid by a Registered Member for the Services availed.
All payments for Paid Services must be made through a Registered Member’s wallet linked to their account ("My Astro Sathi Wallet"). To deposit money into the My Astro Sathi Wallet, a Registered Member must provide their banking details to transfer the required amount from their bank account.
Registered Members warrant that the debit/credit card, net banking, and UPI details provided are accurate and that they are legally authorized to use this banking information for depositing money into their My Astro Sathi Wallet.
Return & Cancellation Policy for Services:
A refund for a Paid Service may be requested if:
- A network issue affects the consultation session.
- The Astrologer cannot communicate clearly in the specified language.
- The Astrologer's response time is excessively long.
- A Registered Member is dissatisfied with the quality of advice or consultation.
Refund requests initiated more than two hours after payment, or for incorrect information provided by the Registered Member, will not be accepted. Refunds will be processed within seven business days and credited to the User’s My Astro Sathi Wallet.
Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy for Products:
Pictures of products on the Website are for reference only. No refunds will be issued for printable products or for return requests initiated after two days of delivery, except in cases of damaged or broken products. Refunds for such products will be processed within seven business days and credited to the User’s My Astro Sathi Wallet.
My Astro Sathi reserves the right to modify or update these Terms without notice to Users or Registered Members. It is the responsibility of Users and Registered Members to periodically visit the Website to stay informed about any changes to these Terms.
These Terms are governed by Indian laws, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be exclusively referred to the courts in New Delhi, India. Disputes or claims related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent. The arbitration will be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in New Delhi and proceedings conducted in English. Parties may seek interim relief from a court in New Delhi pending arbitration.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. These Terms do not apply to unsolicited information provided by Users. Unsolicited information is considered non-confidential and may be used or disclosed by My Astro Sathi without limitations.
All notices to My Astro Sathi must be in writing and sent via email or post. Notices to Registered Members will be sent to the email address provided during registration. My Astro Sathi’s address for receiving notices by post is provided on the Website.
The Grievance Officer's contact details are provided in compliance with relevant regulations. All complaints will be investigated on a case-by-case basis.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Astro Sathi, its affiliates, and related parties from any liability, losses, claims, or expenses arising from their use of the Website or any violation of these Terms.
Links to third-party websites on our Website are governed by their own terms of use. My Astro Sathi is not responsible for the content or terms of such third-party websites.
Access to the Website grants a limited license to use the information. Users may save data for personal use but are not permitted to copy or reproduce the information without consent. My Astro Sathi owns all content on the Website, and unauthorized use is prohibited.
